Don't let anyone fool you over the Holidays, over eating can kill you! There is nothing wrong with a little cake or pie after dinner, but remember too much of anything is not good for you, and that includes food. When shopping at the grocery store, slow down and start to take notice of the labels on the back of the foods you are buying. Note: Sodium, Saturated Fat, Calcium, Dietary Fiber, Total Carbohydrates and Sugars. Those ingredients, to name just a few if controlled, can help you to stay healthy.
